breathtaking views across Crow Park, down the Borrowdale Valley
across Derwentwater to the south, Skiddaw and Latrigg to the north. It
is only a two minute walk to the Bus Station, Town Centre, Theatre or
Lake.

We have a wide range of walking books, leaflets and guides for Guests to use during their stay.
For Guests who may want to visit the Theatre by the Lake during their stay, as
members of the theatre’s ambassador scheme, we are able to offer you discount vouchers. You book direct with the theatre.
Wi-Fi is available for guests to access email and browse the internet.
Ample on-street parking in front of the property and limited off-street parking at the rear of the property.
Secure storage for cycles and drying facilities are available.
For the safety and security of our guests and to
maintain our quiet and peaceful atmosphere, the front door is locked and
bolted at midnight.
You can choose between a Full English, Vegetarian or
Lighter Bite Breakfast, together with cereals, fruit, juices and
unlimited tea/coffee and toast.
To help you enjoy your day’s activities we can provide you with a choice of Packed Lunches, either · A Packed Lunch - Lite for an easy day or a smaller appetite · A Packed Lunch - Plus for a more strenuous day
We can also fill flasks of tea or coffee FREE of charge.
